Agnes de Souza is a movement teacher and facilitator who transitioned from being an Air Force psychologist to specialising in movement therapy and sensory integration work with children. Drawing on her understanding of spatial awareness and psychomotor skills from her military background, she trained extensively in Bothmer® Gymnastics while balancing motherhood. Based in Fremantle, Western Australia, Agnes now offers workshops for children, teachers, and educators, combining her diverse experience into a unique approach to movement education and healing bodywork.
