Late orders for the 2026 BTS season are still accepted - and we will do everything we can to work with you to secure your essentials in time for the beginning of the school year - be in touch if you have any special requirements and lets work together!

From July each year, we accept forward orders for delivery in December and January ready for the new school year. We refer to these as BTS orders.

• All BTS orders are invoiced in January of the new school year.
• All BTS orders are clearly labelled by class, and delivered to your school in time for the beginning of the school year.
• Working with Lists will help you save your Cart while you are still working on your order. You can Save your Cart and when you are ready, come back and retrieve your list to continue working on your order.
• Lists will let you work on several orders simultaneously. Just save each as a separate list, remembering to delete previous versions to make sure you are always working on the most current version.
• If a product is indicating it is out of stock, don't worry, all BTS orders are Pre-orders and we will be getting more stock in time for delivering your BTS order.
• And most importantly, when you finalise your BTS order, before submitting, remember to put 'BTS 2026' in your order reference for BTS orders, and NOW for current orders.

• Save your cart as a list, when you are ready, come back and retrieve your list and continue working on your order.
• Work on several orders simultaneously. Just save each order as a separate list.
• Before placing your order, Save it as a List, for future reference. Very useful as a starting point for BTS orders for different classes.
• HINT: Delete previous copies of your lists and only store your most recent ore relevant version. This helps keep everything manageable.

The Quick Order function is an alternative way to order your products.

You still have access to the standard menus and search options, but this gives you a 'quick' way to type in the Product Code and Quantities you would like.

Very useful if you know exactly what you are wanting to order, or you are working from a list or spreadsheet in front of you.

Can I place an order using a spreadsheet?

Of course, you have three options for spreadsheet orders:

1. Use last year's order spreadsheet: Add a column to your previous year's order spreadsheet (to make ordering easy, we automatically supply this at the start of BTS ordering each year)
2. Use our price list: Create a new spreadsheet using the price list we supply this at the start of BTS ordering each year
3. Create new spreadsheet: Start fresh following the format guidelines below

Spreadsheet Format Requirements (if not using one of our pre-formatted options above):

• Row 1, Column 1: Your School Name
• Row 1, Column 2: Your Order Reference (indicating Purchase Order, Class or Teacher Name)
• Row 3 onwards: Each product on a separate row with:
• Column 1 = Mercurius Product Code (found on our website, the Price List we have provided, or your last years order spreadsheet)
• Column 2 = Product Description, including colour or size option
• Column 3 = Quantity

Did you know that Mercurius Australia offers this as a service?

We can work with your school to create your Stationery Lists for each Class. We then issue a code for your school, which you pass onto your parents. Parents then access the list through our website, and place and pay for their order online.

Orders are collated and packed together, and sent in Class sets, clearly labelled for each Student, as part of your Back to School Order.

During the year, parents can still access the Class Stationery Lists, and have orders delivered to their home address.
