This website is owned and operated by Mercurius Australia. By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to these terms, conditions and disclaimers as amended from time to time ("Terms and Conditions") and acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Mercurius Australia may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any amendment will be effective immediately upon notification in this section of this website. Your continued use of this website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide by and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as so amended.
Domestic prices are quoted with GST. All effort will be made to list current and accurate prices, however, we reserve the right to alter prices without notice. If a price change takes affect after you have paid for your order but before we have dispatched it, we will contact you with the option to pay the new price or cancel the order.
Availability and Supply
Where an order is placed and stock is not available, we will attempt to contact you to offer a suitable alternative if available, keep the item on order until available (at our discretion), or refund the item. After attempting to contact you, if we do not hear back, we will action the order to the best of our judgement, which may include supplying an alternative, holding the order for the unavailable item(s), or refunding the unavailable item(s).
Title of all goods remains with Mercurius Australia until it is fully paid and your order leaves our warehouse. At this time, the title of goods is transferred to you, the customer.
Delivery and Shipping
- Free postage for domestic orders over $250
- Flat rate postage $10 for domestic orders paid online at time of ordering, for orders less than $250
- Signature required on delivery (Authority to Leave available on request)
- Please note these are our shipping rates and conditions for standard website orders. For approved Mercurius Professional, Business and School accounts, with portal access, shipping rates and conditions will vary. Please refer to your Terms & Conditions of your account, or contact us for more information.
Additional charges may be incurred for remote areas and/or extra large or heavy products. Where there is to be an additional charge, we will contact you to confirm the price and for payment before sending.
Depending on the area you live we will use different couriers based on our experience for our deliveries. When your parcel is dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Once despatched, delivery times are outside our control. Please note, that estimated delivery times can vary based on where you live and particularly over peak seasons such as Christmas. Each of our carriers has their own definition of what constitutes time of despatch, a working day or transit times.
Our orders are sent as standard, with a signature required on delivery. Should Authority to Leave be required, and a safe drop spot is available, please request during the checkout when you place your order. Where Authority to Leave has been requested, responsibility for failed or unsuccessful deliveries rests with the receiver.
We delivery to Australian Addresses ONLY and deliveries are made between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days with delivery times depending on your location.
We will email you when you order has been dispatched and you will be able use the tracking number sent to you to track the progress of your delivery directly through the Australia Post or Direct Freight websites.

These can be entered during the checkout stage. This may be for any special order instructions, including delivery instructions or even if you wish us to remove the invoice before sending if the order is a gift.
We exchange or refund returned products in the following cases:
where the supply error is a packing error by Mercurius Australia
where the products supplied are damaged or faulty, and the fault has occurred prior to transit
at our discretion, where the products or order has been damaged or lost in transit. While all care is taken, Mercurius Australia can not be held responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via initial or return post. It is the customer's responsibility to check goods on arrival to ensure no breakages have occurred in transit and report any transit damages or loss to us immediately. It is then at our discretion as to if a full or partial refund, or replacement product may be supplied.

Processing your Return
Any claims for refund, exchange or return must be made within 7 business days of receipt of the goods.
Before returning any product, please contact us to discuss your return. For approved returns, we will issue you with a Return Authorisation and discuss postal arrangements.
For returns of incorrectly supplied or ordered products, please ensure these are in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
Please remember to include your Return Authorisation details and package your returns well, as we can not issue refunds for products damaged during return transit.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your return and refund to be processed after posting.
Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented or disclosed.
Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

All payments accepted at mercurius.com.au are through secured gateways. Your PayPal, Credit Card and other payment method details are never disclosed to us and are not held by us in our database.
