Transparent Plant Watercolours suitable for all watercolour techniques - ready to use made with natural plant dye pigments.
Natural dyes are extracted from colour-yielding plants that have been precipitated with aluminium oxide. Plant colours contain a certain light hard to find in mineral or other pigments - they lead to an increased awareness of colour harmony.
Suitable for all watercolour techniques including transparent painting, veil painting, layering, and scumbling.
Please note that depending on the harvest climate and other environmental influences subtle differences in colour may occur between batches.
For long life:
Artemis Paints are completely natural containing no preservatives. Keep opened jars and preparted paint in air tight jars in the fridge ensuring caps are closed tightly after each use.
Ensure brushes are kept clean and free of dirt particles before and after use.
