Returns & Refunds

We will happily exchange or refund goods within 7 business days of receipt of goods if the item purchased is faulty or mis-supplied. Please check goods on arrival to ensure no breakages have occurred in transit.  Any breakages must be reported as soon as possible, preferably the same or next working day.

If you have purchased in error from our website, we do accept goods for return or exchange.  Goods accepted for return or exchange must be unused and in original condition and packaging.  Returns and refunds may take 1 - 2 weeks to be processed.

Return Procedure:

  1. Email or phone us to discuss your returns, exchange or damaged goods - we will issue you with a Return Authorisation

  2. Return the goods along with your Return Authorisation to:   Unit 2 123 Merrindale Drive, Croydon South  VIC  3136

  3. If the error has been on our part and a Return Authorisation issued, we will reimburse reasonable freight costs.  If you are selecting to return or exchange your goods, the freight will be at your own expense.  Mercurius takes no responsibility for any merchandise damaged or lost via return post.
