Using special paper-folding techniques coloured tissue paper or waxed kite paper can be transformed into magical window stars suitable for any season. Step-by-step instructions for making 25 window stars.
Frederique Gueret was born in France in 1949. After completing her art training she developed her own method of paper-folding with tissue paper and first published her window transparencies in 1999.
Note: The Magical Window Stars in this book can be made with either our Silk Tissue Paper or the Waxed Kite Paper. While the book refers to Tissue Paper for younger children (and some older) the Waxed Kite Paper is a sturdier paper less likely to tear while still giving transparent and vibrant colours.
