Delivery & Shipping

We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post and Star Track Express

Australian deliveries

We are based in Melbourne.

Please be aware that for all these delivery methods you will need to be home to receive the goods.  Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.  If you are not home, a card will be left in your letterbox and you will need to arrange collection at your post office or at the Couriers depot. There are many locations which Australia Post delivers to the next business day. However delivery outside this network will take longer. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order plus Australia Post timings.

We will email you when you product is dispatched and you will then be able to track the progress of your delivery directly through a link to Australia post or Star Track

Delivery will be charged as follows:

Delivery is A$9.50 for purchases up for deliveries within Victoria, NSW, Tasmania and SA.  

Delivery is A$9.50 For delivery to Brisbane and metro suburbs.

Delivery to WA, and far north Queensland delivery is $9.50. Deliveries to the NT and remote areas may incur additional charges. We will contact you to confirm a price before sending.

Please note that for particularly large or heavy products you may be contacted with a quote for the cost of delivery after you have processed your order.

Please make sure any special requests e.g. for specific delivery day is  entered in special instructions


We will happily exchange or refund goods within 7 business days of receipt of goods if the item purchased is faulty. It is the customers responsibility to check goods on arrival to ensure no breakages have occurred in transit.  Any breakages must be reported immediately - the same or next working day

Goods can be returned or exchanged as long as they their original packaging have not been used and are in perfect condition.  Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your return and refund request to be processed.

Please note; we only accept goods purchased online.
